Our store policy is that we do not refund unless in the case of faulty items, in this case we assess the item & replace or refund the product. Otherwise, we offer returns for store credit. Please note, We do not accept returns on SALE ITEMS. All orders placed during sale periods are FINAL.

Please be sure your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.

Promotional codes do expire; please be sure to look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.

Unique credit codes do not expire; If you have received a unique code from us, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs.

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact info@zaybackids.com

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our warehouse team process and pack orders quite quickly. So unfortunately, we're unable to change an order once it is placed. Definitely make sure all the details are correct before you checkout!

We offer shipping to most countries worldwide. If you have difficulty selecting your country, please contact our team at info@zaybackids.com and one of our friendly team members will be able to assist you.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a physical store! But you never know what might be in store for the future! 

You're able to browse through our store in your international currency - however, as we are an Australian store, the price will automatically convert to AUD when you get to checkout (and include your shipping fee if applicable). It does look like you're paying more, but it is simply just the most current exchange rate.

Pre order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Items purchased on pre order may take between 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Any other items that are in stock and are ordered together with pre orders, will be shipped out separately to the pre ordered items. Please note: Delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. The shipping window stated reflects when the item will be shipped out - you need to allow a few days for it to arrive depending on your selected shipping method.

We provide the height recommendations to all our designs on each individual items product page. If you follow our measure guide you can be sure to order the correct size. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable for whatever reason, you can send it back for a credit note. Please read our full returns policy here.

If your purchase does not fit or you change your mind for any valid reason on a purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item if you contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and it meets our return requirements. All returned orders will be issued with a credit note to the value of the item/s returned less any shipping costs. See full details on returns here.

We do not offer lay-by, and we cannot put items on hold. However, we do have AfterPay and ZipPay available for Australian orders.
